About Us

Sonya Joye is a small, family-led project built around creativity, care, and the beauty of doing things differently.

The idea began with a T-shirt created for Sonya’s special needs class to wear during a school assembly, a joyful moment meant to celebrate inclusion and self-expression. The shirt featured artworks made by the students, including Sonya, and it sparked something unexpected. We decided to make more, using Sonya’s own expressive paintings to create wearable pieces that carry her unique perspective into the world.

It’s an independent, hands-on effort guided by Sonya’s creativity and supported with love behind the scenes. From curating each piece to preparing every order, everything is done with thought and care.

Sonya Joye carries a purpose far greater than apparel. It’s about celebrating inclusion, supporting neurodiverse voices, and honoring creativity in its most genuine form.
